ELM´s leadership consists of a four member School Board and the Director. There are Elementary and Secondary Coordinators, who are full-time teachers with the responsibility of coordinating their respective areas, conducting meetings, creating duty rosters, ordering materials, assisting with class scheduling, etc.

As indicated in the Policy and Procedures portion of our Mission Statement, the school´s leadership strives to ensure that all students will be life-long learners and global citizens. A Board Policy Manual is periodically updated.

ELM´s leadership fulfills its stated standards through collaboration among the Board, the Director, the faculty, and the parent stakeholders.
